Instagram connection terms

These terms describe the Instagram connection available in the Tripman host workspace. They apply to this integration in addition to the applicable Tripman service agreement and the terms accepted when enabling the assistant.

Connect only a professional Instagram account that you own or are authorized to manage. Authorization is completed through Instagram Login on Meta's website.
Select the properties represented by the channel and explicitly enable message processing. Connecting an account does not itself authorize automatic replies.
Automatic replies require separate consent. AI-generated answers may need correction; the host can review conversations and take over. Model requests may incur charges under the host's selected Tripman service terms.
Guest enquiries are used to prepare replies about the selected properties. Automated text replies include an AI-assistant disclosure. Host-written replies are identified as host messages in Tripman.
The integration responds to guest-initiated messages within the standard 24-hour messaging window. It does not provide the Human Agent extension or an unsolicited messaging function.
A queued reply is not confirmation of delivery. Refresh the delivery status to check whether the message was delivered, cancelled or requires reconciliation. Do not create a duplicate submission when its outcome is unknown.
You may stop a channel, revoke authorization or disconnect the account. The retention and deletion procedure is described in the linked documents below.
